The staff here are really helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near both a castle and a fortress, just a minute away from the train station.

Had fine stay for one night visit. The rooms were warm & cosy with the internet. The accommodating and amiable staff gave us a nice welcome. Everything was simply perfect.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were impersonal.

The room was fashionable, reasonably large, it had central heating, multi-channel television, and coffee/tea making machines. We liked having a bathtub.

The location, not far from a castle and fortress, was peaceful and top. the property was just a minute walk from downtown Malbork. the outdoor restaurant seemed inviting, even though we didn't have time to visit.

Great location near the famous castle and within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. Comfortable rooms with spacious balcony for evening snacks. Helpful staff and nice atmosphere in the hotel. Downstairs cafe with amazing food.
Breakfast table running out of food and not included in the price. Some staff members not friendly or considerate, especially when it comes to parking.
